So, riddle-me-this, Batman: is the rumor true? Does Paraguay have an extradition treaty with the United States and the Hague? Will Chavez, Morales and FARC send in shock-troops to retrieve-him like Eichmann? Bush might want to pardon-himself, but it won't matter if an international body is after him, Cheney and Rumsfeld.
