RAYETHON STRIKE...WHA?

TUCSON, ARIZONA--Hmm. Did anyone know Rayethon was on-strike the day-before the elections? I didn't, but AP did. It appears most editors wanted to spare us the emotional-trauma of knowing about this, isn't that nice of them? Wow, with the war in Iraq disintegrating then (as now), the Foley scandal, the Goodyear strike--you'd think someone was whiting-out certain stories from the foreground as damage-control. Yeah, I know, that story of the lost mountain climbers was more-important and entertaining. You think someone is still protecting the President and the corporations? Students of labor history know underreporting of strikes is par-to-the-course in America.
