I believe candidate Obama and his campaign, though donations from the wealthy can be hidden. War-profiteers like Brent Wilkes and Mitchell Wade simply have their employees donate, then reimburse them later. It's not difficult to hide donations from the privileged. Just a note of caution. Note that the letter also states the campaign's policy of not accepting donations from foreign agents. You know, like the Saudi ones that contributed millions to the Bush campaign back in 1999-2000.
