Ed.--I wouldn't be surprised if this is the "man" himself, the guy who probably authorized the leaking of the unsigned search warrant to Bill Bastone and The Smoking Gun, single-handedly creating the "DC Madam" scandal, and depriving the defendant of her rights. How many times did he do this (if he did)? How often does this occur on our behalf by U.S. Attorneys?
