CREW files a prostitution complaint against Louisiana Sen. David Vitter

Louisiana--Do I think this is going to go anywhere? Probably not, but I assume the intended result is to remind Louisiana voters he's a piece-of-shit and a liar who can't keep his dick in his pants until the 2010 elections.

What's interesting is that they're going for Davey's law license as well as punitive measures for--I don't know, nothing much--breaking the law on several occasions when he went to see prostitutes, and probably in more than one state. The FBI probably caught him in some wiretaps down in the big NO, frequenting the Canal Street Madam's brothel, but that's a story for another time.

The director of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) said it is time for Vitter to step up to the plate and answer for accusations stemming from the "D.C. Madam Scandal." In 2007, Vitter's name appeared on the client list of D.C. Madam Deborah Jeane Palfrey. According to CREW, Vitter's law license should be revoked for allegedly violating the state's rules of professional conduct for lawyers.
"Since that's a crime and Louisiana rules provide that committing any crime is a subject matter appropriate for discipline, we thought it was time for the Louisiana bar to take a look at Mr. Vitter's conduct," said Melanie Sloan, executive director of CREW. ("Prostitution complaint filed against Vitter," WAFB Channel 9, Baton Rouge, 09.29/30.2009)
This is actually impressive, going for his law license. It could hamper his ability to make a living after his sordid and unfortunate time in public office. Louisiana should be ashamed, but then, so should Indiana with Dan Burton and his own issues with illicit sex, possibly treason.
But never underestimate the greed, shallowness, and stupidity of Louisianans, they could just as easily reelect him. Vitter's office issued a pathetic statement in response to CREW's move that utilizes that old tactic that "when the truth isn't on your side, you attack the credibility of the messenger." This week, Vitter and his cronies are taking this adage to heart and acting on it. Never mind the bullshit about Vitter wearing diapers--Jeane never confirmed this, and she probably wouldn't have known anyway, she was more concerned about making money.
The real issue is: should the rich and their employees like Vitter be above the law? For the rich, rednecks and the religiously insane, the answer is an unqualified "yes." We might just have that second American Civil War yet. You contributed to driving a disturbed woman to her death. How does that feel Senator Vitter? Do you know how weird and depraved that is and how it looks? To say that you're a pathetic asshole would be an understatement.

Tokyo Rose us, but Single Payer is Never Going Away (you bet!)

Washington D.C.--We expected this, didn't we? It's political theater, this Finance Committee vote, desperation. The funniest thing about this is that
no matter what gets passed in Washington, the health system is going to crash, take the economy down further again and again, and that they're going to have to pass single payer de facto down the road anyway and they know it.

So, these morons at town halls can throw their pathetic tantrums, and the insurance companies can keep trying to milk us dry (too late!), but you cannot get blood out of a turnip. Without a consumer base, they have nothing. They're going to get their way for a time, and the economy will continue to crash. From this, will come even more unprecedented election turnouts (hence the bald attacks inside and outside of Congress against ACORN and other groups registering people to vote), and that means voter retribution for those who voted against single payer throughout the entire process.

Eventually, the political costs will become so high in a rapidly disintegrating situation that Congress and the executive branch will have to make something at least resembling single payer as a matter of fact, not fancy. Day-after-day, the average American is pelted with an all-out propaganda assault not unlike Tokyo Rose telling G.I.s to surrender and that their folks at home don't care about them anymore. This is a lie. Through polling over a generation, the public stands firmly behind single payer, medical care for all, and significantly more social spending rather than for unwinnable wars.

This is business fascism--this plutocracy--as simple as that, and it's time to face the reality that citizenship doesn't mean passivity. Single payer isn't going away as a hot-button issue anytime soon. In fact, it's taken on a new life that it hasn't had in decades, and it's not going away. Neither are calls for justice over the criminal behavior of the last administration.

On my DC Madam account and the human condition

WWW
--They say that when you get older, you get wiser. This is true, but how does a lot of this knowledge profit the wise? It just depends. I have descended into the bowels of hell in this story, it has been an eye-opener, even with my own jaundiced view of humanity. When you look at a story like this, one can only marvel at how many countless times it's played-out behind the scenes. But Jeane was a fighter and she wouldn't go quietly, leaving an unparalleled record of the circus going on in D.C. that would make a sociologist drool.

This is what makes the late Ms. Palfrey's saga so unique.

Jeane was hardly a saint, and I would dissuade anyone from looking at her as one. Sometimes, we're both victims and abusers, slaves and exploiters, but the more I learn about her and her life, the more I simply pity her and hate the well-heeled men who used her service and the woman who worked for it. All of these women were used, and used again, until they were no longer of any use. The disgusting prosecution team dragged these women before a court--not their powerful customers, something that's partly Jeane's fault--and made them recount gynecological experiences they had, the coarseness of the sex, and just went about humiliating all of them to protect morons like Sen. David Vitter. Rest assured that I will be getting very loud indeed next year when Davey comes up for reelection, you can bank on it.

Then, you have media turd and crooked lobbyist Jack Burkman Jr. who somehow managed to slip through the wire altogether. How did that happen? A compliant mainstream media, of course. From my own findings and materials, I can tell you without a hint of humor, sarcasm, or exaggeration, that Jack Burkman is making factually incorrect statements very consciously that he's not in the phone records of Pamela Martin & Associates. There's no question of this, and I would have no problem proving it was so in a court of law if seriously challenged. Challengers might recall that while the rules of evidence in Ms. Palfrey's RICO case were more relaxed in favor of the prosecution, there would be an advantage in that area on my end in a civil hearing, and I would win since the truth's on my side. After that, I would countersue whomever was foolish enough to challenge my assertion.

It's sounds strange to say this, but I'm becoming more and more convinced that much of the business going on in Washington D.C. is based around illegal gifting and blackmail. I believe that Jeane was part of this nexus of crime done under the color of authority and that it's all-but-institutionalized. The recent developments (also generally unreported by the mainstream media) in the Sibel Edmonds case and her August 8, 2009 statements under oath before a congressional committee underscore Palfrey's contention that she was being used in some kind of a "honey pot" operation.

At one point I thought I'd introduced the concept to Jeane and her counsel at the time (summer 2007), but after having read Sibley's own account--Why Just Her--and other materials that I've come across over the months, I can see they were already considering this factor in their defense. There had to be a very real reason for this beyond expediency and there are many things still under seal in the case, including ex parte meetings and filings by what I have to assume was the intelligence community, even the White House itself. Jeane and I had an interesting exchange on the phone once: I lamented the eternal quality of corruption. Her response was both profound and almost Buddhist when she stated, "Matt, there will always be corruption. New generations will be born and it will continue." That's true, but it had a tinge of nihilism to it that was confirmed by her suicide. All the more reason for eternal vigilance.

I enjoin all my readers who are interested in this case to buy counselor Sibley's account, do their own research for themselves, and ponder what really makes this system run the way it does. Yes, it's about patriarchy, and much, much worse. You don't even know the half of it. There could be a very good chance that the upcoming inquiries into the CIA, lobbying, the torture and warrantless wiretapping programs, and several other scandals under the Bush II administration, will elicit more information in the Palfrey/Hookergate scandal.

Expect my account spring/summer 2010.

Corrupt Govt. contractor SAIC moving major operations closer to DC

Washington D.C.--You know, it's easier to bribe someone in-person, get real. Less of a paper trail, no compromising calls that can be monitored, and so on. The public really needs to know about these bastards, they really have slipped under the wire over the last forty years. SAIC is a defense contractor that does a lot of communications related work for the intelligence community and military.

They are truly a case for corporate military-industrial welfare run amok:

The state and county are providing a $3 million grant upfront and SAIC will be eligible for another $7 million after it expands. Dahlgren, who spoke at Thursday's formal announcement, said he will stay on the SAIC board as chairman and maintain his San Diego office, and sought to ensure employees there that the SAIC plans to grow its operations there. SAIC derives about three-fourths of its income from defense contracts. Its annual revenue exceeds $10 billion a year. The improvements to SAIC's northern Virginia campus coincide with a major redevelopment effort in Tysons Corner, where construction is under way to extend the region's Metrorail system to Dulles International Airport. ("Calif. defense contractor moving to Va.," AP, 09.24.2009)

How lovely for them. Providing any tax deferrments to a corporation that's employee-owned seems pretty cracked, but maybe that's just me. At best, SAIC's a fiefdom for the privileged, but rest assured that they're working on various intelligence programs that are spying on American citizens as I write this.
They also have what appear to be some very curious lobbying practices and employ some very strange people as operatives. SAIC comes up a few times in the phone records of the late DC Madam, and one of their operatives--Ret. Col. Ron Roughead, a former Defense Attache--made an unmistakable call three times on one day in late 2005. Clients of Pamela Martin & Associates were required to make multiple-calls to confirm a rendezvous with an escort. Col. Roughead has yet to explain the call, he's not talking, and neither is SAIC. So did the mistress of Iraq invasion architect and former World Bank president Paul Wolfowitz, Shaha Ali Riza. Not only that, but she and Col. Roughead worked for the Iraqi Media Network, a defense contractor boondoggle if ever there was one.

They should have a bake sale for the move, it might pad their bottom line. But now that they're moving closer to the primary source of their income, things should be rosier. These kinds of corporate fiefdoms are shelter from the rules of the marketplace. While the rest of us suffer under the dunderheaded economic policies of the establishment, these rich twits have their nice little castle system to hide within. I'd love to see a veritable army of the homeless tear their shiny buildings down, which wouldn't necessarily be so hard since many of them are veterans and have seen real combat.

Are they paid well? Do we even need SAIC? What do you think? I think SAIC shouldn't exist at all. Why do foreign operatives work there? In a time of economic crisis, the last thing SAIC should be getting is $8.5 million from the state of Virginia, it's outrageous, therefore, it must be done. Forget the fictional "Yo-yodyne," this is the real evil.

To the "spoilers" crowd: I was right, you're always wrong

WWW--Face the facts: you lost the election for Ralph Nader by voting for an unknown quantity, Barack Obama, a kiss-ass corporate lawyer. He was never going to do the right thing, unless you mean right-wing, meaning in the service of money and power. Ten year olds saw this shit coming, it wasn't hard to miss. No, you fucked up, all of you, because you go for the name brand first rather than looking at someone for what they really are. He's like Lincoln alright, not FDR.

But none of this really matters. The system is going to keep crashing, again and again, dragging your asses firmly down to earth, grounding you whether you like it or not. I'm the kind of person who's going to get a lot of entertainment value out of this, watching smarmy, spoiled assholes suffer for a change. God knows it's going to have been earned.

To my delight, you're going to learn the hard way: what the the social contract means; what a society is for; why we must work civilly through the legal system; that the free market system was always a tottering mess that was poised for eventual extinction; what "dumbshow" means; how "conventional wisdom" tends to be utter bullshit; why civic duty is supposed to be non-negotiable; how greedy and empty you are; how stupid you are; why you suck; how conceited you are; how you have almost no intellect whatsoever; why Johnny can't read; how you don't even know the very short history of your own country; what it takes to get you off your lazy asses.

It goes without saying that the vast majority of so-called conservatives fit this bill, but so do most mainstream Democratic voters. So you hated George W. Bush? Welcome to the club, but that doesn't mean you're not the same kind of slob, the same kind of drooling asshole. Nope, you are the same kind of asshole, quit fooling yourself.

Nader voters didn't spoil anything, it was assholes like you who think you can just pull a switch and everything's fine, fixed. History never, ever works that way, it's an endless struggle between the majority and concentrated power. There are no breaks in this, no respite, it's eternal, hence the term "eternal vigilance" coming from people like Thomas Jefferson and Paine, but not James Madison. Democracy isn't a microwaveable pizza. You spoiled the elections, not us. You should have voted for Ralph Nader, the best deal on-offer in the realm of third parties, since voting for Ron Paul is completely batshit crazy.

WHEN: why doesn't the right call Bernie Sanders a socialist?

WWW--Oh right, someone, somewhere, did. I don't care about those other obscure assholes, I mean some famous asshole like Glen Beck, Limbaugh, or the whole Lollipop Guild chiming-in--even skirt chasing Jack Burkman and his desire to...uh, his desire.

Goddamned if I ever thought I'd miss William F. Buckley Jr., but I do. Do they even know what a socialist is?

Buckley did, and even though he himself was prone to red-baiting and calling people who weren't communists communists, and all the other permutations, he tended to have a higher accuracy count. No, whatever isn't socialist is socialist to the "New Right," throwing their tantrums and having their own 1960s. Luckily, it's going to end about the same way for them: a dystopian move towards hard drugs (already there!), cults (ditto), and even disco (not quite there yet). This is more a matter of profound ignorance about virtually everything.

Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders is an acknowledged philosophical socialist, like myself. But how often has anyone called him that? Name that person, I defy you. Best of luck!

Even more songs from the Site Meter: Democratic counsel Diana Oo again

Site Meter
--The enigmatic, the mercurial, the secretive, Diana Oo. If I ever needed to feel like I was inhabiting a Dashiell Hammett novel, what better name for a femme fatale would one need? Palfrey's was a fine, French one, and I once told her she reminded me of Joan Bennett, the femme fatale of them all from Fritz Lang's "Scarlet Street." She didn't care for that, and I can imagine why. Osborne's character dies. At least Jeane had someone to mourn her. It would have been nice had she gotten due process.

"Okay, you lazy bitch": A 2001 letter from Hunter S. Thompson over production on the "Rum Diaries"

WWW
--This was sent to me by a friend and reader, it's great. Thompson was getting the usual Hollywood treatment of being fucked around and got tired of it, so he dashed this fax off to the production executive at the time on the film. It sums-up what I always thought getting a movie made must be like, just a lot of bullshit, babysitting rich, spoiled assholes and their sycophants. Fuck that, nothing's worth that shit.

A doosie from the transcript:
...Fuck this. We have a good writer, we have the main parts casted & we have a very marketable movie that will not even be hard to make....

And all you are is a goddamn Bystander, making stupid suggestions & jabbering now & then like some half-bright Kid with No Money & No Energy & no focus except on yr. own tits.... I'm sick of hearing about Cuba & Japs & yr. Yo-yo partners who want to change the story because the violence makes them Queasy.

Shit on them. I'd much rather deal with a Live asshole than a Dead worm with No Light in his Eyes....

Couldn't have put it better myself. What a man, what a guy, so wonderfully honest. Get rid of middle-management, yesterday. Redundant. Development hell this, bitch.

"We won the Cold War," but didn't want it to end: reflections on the Thatcher-Gorbachev revelations

WWW--We did? Who won it? It wasn't the average person. Considering the recent revelations about former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher ("Iron Maggie," a beloved to neocons along with the Maoist veneration of Ronald Reagan) and her discussions with the final Soviet President Mikael Gorbachev--that Thatcher and the rest of the West including America--didn't want reunification of Germany under any circumstances, you'd think it would be everywhere in our media.

Fine, it came out on September 11th, our new sacred national day, but this is earth-shattering news, it downs many myths about the Cold War, including the legacy of President Ronald Reagan. The contention of "we won the Cold War" just doesn't float anymore, they wanted to keep it going, and it served many purposes for the power structures on both sides, and Thatcher's comments underscore what many have suspected all along: the Cold War was a lie, a big lie. I could have told you that, but now we have solid-proof.

As usual, the official line and rhetoric are just window dressing, a lie, cover. The Western powers wanted the Soviet Union to stay-in-place for the foreseeable future during Peristroika (the thaw of authoritarianism in the Warsaw Pact nations) and the collapse of the Berlin Wall. This exchange comes less than three months before the fall of the Berlin Wall, and it is extraordinary.

From the Times:

September 23 1989 : transcript

Thatcher: I wanted to raise some questions regarding the situation in the countries of Eastern Europe. I was deeply impressed by the courage of General Jaruzelski in Poland and by his patriotism. Of course, the future of Poland and its alliance with you are very important. I noticed that you reacted calmly to the results of the Polish elections and generally to processes taking part in this and other Eastern European countries. My understanding of your position is following: you welcome each country developing in its own way on the condition that Warsaw Pact stays. I understand this position perfectly.

Now I would like to say something in complete confidence and would ask you not to record this part of our conversation.

Gorbachev: I agree to your request.

(The following part of the conversation is reproduced from memory)

Thatcher: We are very concerned about the processes taking place in Eastern Germany. Some big changes could happen there, forced partly by the state of the society and partly by the illness of Erich Honecker. One example of this is the flight of thousands of people from the GDR to the FRG. All of this is on the surface, it is very important but even more important is something else.

The reunification of Germany is not in the interests of Britain and Western Europe. It might look different from public pronouncements, in official communiqué at Nato meetings, but it is not worth paying ones attention to it. We do not want a united Germany. This would have led to a change to post-war borders and we can not allow that because such development would undermine the stability of the whole international situation and could endanger our security.

In the same way, a destabilisation of Eastern Europe and breakdown of the Warsaw Pact are also not in our interests. Of course, internal changes are happening in all Eastern European countries, somewhere they are deeper than in others. However, we would prefer if those processes were entirely internal, we would not interfere in them or push the de-communisation of Eastern Europe. I can say that the President of the United States is of the same position. He sent me a telegram to Tokyo in which he asked me directly to tell you that the United States would not do anything that might put at risk the security of the Soviet Union or perceived by the Soviet society as danger. I am fulfilling his request.

Gorbachev: Thank you for this message. In broad terms, you have outlined our position correctly. We believe that socialist countries should solve their internal problems themselves, chose themselves the course and speed on the way of implementation of their socialist choice. We do not want and will not interfere but will, of course help our allies as we have always done.

As for the state of health of Erich Honecker, he is planning to take part in all events commemorating the 40th Anniversary of the GDR. I can tell you that I am planning to arrive to the GDR on 6-7th October to celebrate this anniversary.

In other words, Reagan was in total agreement with Thatcher and considering American might, could be presumed to have been pulling some of the strings here. And there is more, much more to establish the veracity and legitimacy of these documents. Where was it in the American press? The virtual "page eight," if it was there at all.

This is a stunning rebuttal to the mythology surrounding the Cold War, former Prime Minister Thatcher, and the late President Ronald Reagan. Former President Gorbachev comes off looking very good, even better than before. Western leaders of the time look like the lying, scrambling, unimaginative clowns that they were and are. "Conventional wisdom" is often misinformed, now we know. The real history tends to be unwritten for generations. We lucked-out on this one. What a "Man in the High Castle" moment.

"Twenty lines with the president," a fictional satire of a fictional satire by the Great Charles Sheen

Twenty Lines With the President

Reported by CHARLIE SHEEN and his friend "Manly Gloss" [insert fear-based advertising]

Infopwarsh

Tuesday, September eleventy-twelve, 2009

Related: "Sheen blasts media for reporting truth about his addictions."

______________________________________________________________________

I recently--hiccough!--had the great pleasure of spending time with the president and several substances, some legal, others not. Bouncing a hooker on my knee was out, so I hid her in the bathroom of the Lincoln bedroom with my friend and erstwhile cohort, "Manly Gloss." The funny thing is, nobody else can see Manly, but I can assure you readers and my family (you can forget about the interventions pa, I have a gun now) that Manly's as real as you or me. Where the hell was I? Sorry, had to some DTs coming on...shit, uh--OH YEAH! Alex Jones asked me--since I'm famous, on the most popular TV comedy right now, to write an interview with President Barack HUSSEIN Obama, the 44th POTUS, and a socialist (needed spellcheck on that one!) darkie.

Our ersatz interview was conducamacated in the Lincoln bedroom, a place in the White House where the spirit of that assassinated president is sometimes seen, along with the smell of other spirits, so it was right up my alley. An autistic fella told me that twenty minutes is comprised of 1200 seconds, which is profound for a drunk, washed-up cokehead and whore-monger like yours truly, but it got me to thinking: "What the fuck was I thinking about with this interview, anyway?!"

I mean, the readers here at prisontoilet and infopwarsh are so retarded they're gonna think this shit is real, y'know? You think I'm wrong? Look at the comments below, fuck me, and I mean it, I have a sexual addiction...

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Charlie Sheen: Uh--burp!--sorry about that Mr. President, I had a few-too-many on the red eye here to nation's capital, they just keep shoveling them into your lap--especially when you demand it every five minutes.

Barack Obama: Well--uh--thank you--uh--Charlie, and I have to say that I watch your "Two and a Half Men" show frequently here in the Oval office, it's as entertaining as the Tea Baggers and the town hall folks. It's a nice apolitical break from a hard day's work of avoiding the real issues, and I can tell you that that's a very hard job indeed. But then, that's what Rahm's for: to remind who's really in charge.

Manly Gloss: Shhhhhhhhhhhh...

CS: [Looks over to the bathroom of the Lincoln bedroom] Shut the fuck up!

BO: Uh...what was that?

Manly Gloss: Look--Charlie--you created me to find some kind of much needed objectivity here. What's the deal? Just get on with the interview, don't respond to me, ignore the man behind the curtain of reality.

CS: Right. Er, Mr. President. Why won't you examine the issue of thermite being found in the residue around the WTC ruins? Sorry, bad copy, Alex wrote this.

BO: Well, Charlie, the scientific community is in-consensus on this. "Nano-thermite" is a byproduct in welding. Also, nano-thermite is created from the super-heating of aluminum and steel. As anyone knows, much of the WTC was constructed of steel, the planes were constructed of aluminum, and the very girders of the buildings that were destroyed on 9/11 were fused together through conventional welding.

CS: Shit, you got me Mr. President--but do you agree with the findings of the 9/11 Commission then? I was hoping to create a straw man argument here, but you're clever, at least three-moves ahead of me, what with that homespun "negro wisdom" and all. I mean, you got me, I knew it too. God, I wish I had that "voice of authority" my pops has...

BO: Well, you know Charles--may I call you that?

CS: Certainly, sir. I feel like I'm talking to myself, this is so natural.

BO: Hahahaha, indeed it is Charles. You see, you understood this because you're Black Irish. We'll leave it at that, heh-heh. [They both laugh, then stop abruptly, becoming very serious]

Manly Gloss: Pssst! Charlie! Ask him about his birth certificate.

CS: Nah-nah, no way!

BO: Who are you talking to? Charles, I'm frankly becoming concerned for you.

CS: Look, Mr. President, I know something to win you over, and that's cocaine. Let's hit the bathroom.

BO: No, no, Charles, I left that part of my life behind long ago, money power are my drugs nowadays, and they're more socially acceptable. But our relations with the Colombian oligarchy are good, sound, and my Attorney General--Mr. Holder--knows how to "do business" down there, if you know what I mean. [winks]

CS: [shaking violently] Gotcha. Well, if you don't mind, I'm going to hit the bathroom. You think Rahm might want to join me?

BO: Assuredly, he's from Chicago and Hollywood, hahahaha. I would never appoint anyone I couldn't blackmail right back, now would I? Let me hit my Blackberry, he'll be here in moments. We might have to open the door so that he doesn't--uh--rip it off of the hinges!

CS: Gotcha. Do you think that 9/11 was an inside job?

BO: No.

CS: Uh...shit. Alex gave me all these talking points and notes, and I...seem to have lost them, maybe left them in the rental outside. OK...uh. You think that the Bush administration perhaps was incompetent on that day?

BO: [smiling broadly] I couldn't say...does this all seem unreal to you, like we're part of some fake reality? Have you ever had that feeling? I feel it a lot lately.

CS: [shudders] Yes. My God, Mr. President, we're characters in someone's simulacrum, a phony narrative.

BO: I agree, but is it simply Alex Jones's?

CS: No, this is something more profound, perhaps cosmological. Now my head hurts after thinking and saying that, but that's a given. Man, I need a drink, a bump...

Criswell: Mr. President, I predict that you will pass a major health bill, reforming the health care system of America. But, because you lack all principles, it will flounder and you'll be forced to push for that Mars mission the last executive did once his political capital was entirely expended.

CS: AHHHH!!! Who the fuck is that, Mr. President?! Where did he come from?

BO: Haw! That's the ghost of Criswell's past, Charles. People think they're seeing the late president Lincoln, but he never slept in here. Criswell did. President Nixon was a great fan of the psychic and had him here several times, so did the Reagans.

Manly: Pssst! He's right Charlie, I know these things. You need to come in here for some more coke-sniffing, I can sense Rahm Emanuel coming.

Rahm Emanuel: OK, where's the coke and a taint to sniff it off of? Hahahaha! I kid--or do I? Mr. President, I know Charlie well from Hollywood--quite the "ladies man," although I never pay for it, I just take what I want, when I want. Know what I mean?

CS: That I do! Mr. President--about Sibel Edmonds.

BO: Yes? She gave some testimony under oath recently, in August. What does that have to do with 9/11?

CS: OK, she's talked about a lot of subjects...oh fuck it, let's go snort some coke, won't we?

RE: You're the man! Let's hit that shit! No broads, though? Well shit, Charlie, you're losing it, man. I'd order out, but the heat's on with that shit. Some of these fuck-head prosecutors actually do their jobs around the beltway, we can't be too careful. In Chicago? No problem. You see, these Republicans are too stupid to cover their tracks, so ordering out for ass is just out. Surely you could have brought some groupies, some chicks from L.A.

Shit, who cares? There are plenty of interns to fuck around here. Besides, your fuckin' father might pull another one of his legendary "interventions" on you, and we wouldn't want that, would we? We need your ass at Alex Jones's site to bad-jacket real information that makes us and the last brew culpable for...hahahaha, we won't go into it, you're too fuckin' dumb to understand anyway. [slaps me on the back soundly]

(Incredibly loud sounds of snorting emanate from the Lincoln bathroom for several minutes. I, and Mr. Emanuel emerge with cocaine peppering our respective upper-lips)

RE: Good shit Charles, we'll have to hook-you-up some time with the good shit from Chiquita, from our friends to the North in Colombia! [slaps Sheen on the back so hard he hits the floor]

CS: GASP! So, where were we Mr. President?

BO: Charles, it appears that we're running short on time, I have a country to run, kinda like a 7/11. Someone has to be manning the controls at all times. You want a Big Gulp? Hahahaha! Ahhh, you "righties" and your endless stream of non-sequiturs--but we need people like you. Who else is going to distract the rest of the country when hardly anyone buys newspapers or trusts the mainstream media anymore? I cannot even rely on it for factual information anymore, and neither can investors on Wall Street, or even foreign investors, the only thing keeping this house of cards afloat these days.

CS: Thanks--I guess--Mr. President. You sure you don't want a bump?

BO: Hahahaha, very tempting Charles, but like I said, I have a country to run, bullets to dodge, and many promises left to break. I have my work cut-out for me.

CS: Mr. President, are you trying to stonewall me and the readership of...shit, what's the name of it?

BO and RE: It's "infopwarsh," get it right.

Criswell: What's "eleventy-twelve" mean?

BO: Freedom.

Newsflash: Indiana Voter I.D. law struck down

Indianapolis, Indiana--In what's going to be a blow to the right and the GOP, Indiana's voter I.D. law (P.L. 109-2005) requiring registered voters to produce a photo identification at polling places, while at the same time not requiring similar standards for mail-in votes, has been reversed unanimously as violating Indiana's State Constitution by a three member Court of Appeals of Indiana, it has been struck for now. Apparently Mitch Daniels and his Secretary of State have reading comprehension problems.

The appeals court found that the first ruling by the trial court upholding the law was in-error on the judge's part.
In-person voters are required to show a photo identification to prove who they are, but there are no requirements for an affidavit from mail-in voters. The ruling cited "inconsistent and partial treatment favoring absentee voters who choose to mail their votes" as the primary reason for its decision.Backers of the law said it curbs voter fraud. Those against the law contend that it keeps poor, older and minority voters from casting ballots. ("Court Throws Out Indiana Voter ID Law," Fwix.com, 09.17.2009)
Yes, Governor Daniels, someone who would stand to benefit from the poor, elderly, and minority voters being disenfranchised in elections has a major problem with the appeals court ruling and has called it "preposterous." I'm sure he knows that most of Indiana's homeless are veterans, the majority of them having served in the Vietnam war. Support our troops, pig, scarface. To disenfranchise minority voters is the real golden goose.

If anything, the bill had the subtext of being an "anti-nigger" bill and one decidedly against the poor and the vulnerable. But that's what a wolf does--goes for the stragglers, the weakest. Interestingly, the ruling cites an incident that occurred here in St. Joseph County:
...Further, the League alleged that in Marion County alone in the 2007 municipal election, 32 persons who submitted provisional ballots never produced a qualified form of identification and therefore their votes were not counted, despite the fact that “[m]ost of those voters had voted for several years at the same location.” (Appellant‟s App. p. 6). Additionally, the League alleged that in St. Joseph County, 12 nuns were not permitted “to cast a regular or provisional ballot” because they did not have the required form of identification. (Appellant‟s App. p. 6). In Count II, the League contended that the Voter I.D. Law conferred a privilege upon voters voting by mail-in absentee ballot because those voters did not have to comply with the identification requirements. (No. 49A02-0901-CV-40)
The nuns were eventually allowed to vote to put out the PR fire. Yes, they're going to appeal this ruling to the Indiana State Supreme Court, but I wouldn't be surprised if their own form of "judicial activism" fails.

Will that dissuade them? Nothing dissuades their ilk and their brand of anti-Americanism. After all, if you ask anyone, the majority of African Americans don't vote Republican and never will. However, right now, the GOP is the party of racism, the party of the extremist fifth columnist and theocratic and plutocratic fascism. Thank the League of Women Voters of Indiana and Indianapolis for this victory, let's hope it holds. To be sure, they're going to keep on fighting.

The question I have is: what business does a standing governor of a state have in leading the charge for an appeal to an appeal that so clearly violates the state constitution? At best, all they can attempt to do is to illustrate that there was improper procedure in the judicial process, the decision, and that it was decided incorrectly. That would be a technicality that won't even address the actual basis of the decision itself, but Daniels and the moronic Indiana GOP are crying like Baby Huey, so get the brat a pacifier, and quick. Who's going to file the appeal to the appeal? Whoever that is should be looked at very, very carefully, and that would be Daniels and company. Did I mention that Daniels has no charisma and a scar on his left-cheek and served as an economics adviser to George W. Bush in his first term? That advice must have been gangbusters, things are great in Indiana. He must have gotten that scar during his time as a collections man for organized crime, like Don King.

Look at most of the photos, he favors his right side...but we knew this. Crook. At least the consortium that bought the toll road he sold lost their asses over Madoff. What a C.R.E.E.P.

...And yet, there's even more songs from the Site Meter: Bloomberg on Vitter

Site Meter
--I sometimes post comments on Rawstory and yesterday was one of those days. David Vitter has been leading the charge on attacking ACORN. Yes, that detestable activist group that successfully registers the poor and disenfranchised (meaning many of them are probably VETERANS) so that they--brace yourselves--can vote in elections. I know, what an obvious threat to democracy.

But Davey's having problems with being able to trumpet over the "fake pimp and whore" who entrapped an incompetent ACORN employee since he undeniably called a prostitution service on multiple occasions over multiple years. It's unknow whether there were any multiple orgasms, but we can safely assume that none were experienced by Pamela Martin & Associates employees. Vitter's going to have a dead prostitute and madam to drag around for the rest of his life. He and the scumbags in D.C. used her up and threw her away and even threatened her with civil actions for defending herself in court against them and their dogs.

Her prosecution was politically motivated, period, to coverup for their sins. It had nothing to do with enforcing the law. Are you listening Postal Inspector Hines? You were used too, to hide the misbehavior of a corrupt moron like David Vitter, someone with their lips permanently-attached to the Devil's ass. Mr. Hines, you were actually used to protect a frat boy who couldn't--and we can presume nothing has changed here--control his dick. Things are heating up in Washington alright, even with autumn coming.

When I saw that Vitter didn't even vote on defunding ACORN, hadn't even shown up for it, I knew it was pretty telling and that this whole issue of a dead madam really does instill fear in him for his prospects next year. I'm not so sure he should worry considering the redneck idiots who keep electing him and twits like Bobby Jindal. Someone had sex with a prostitute? So long as Davey keeps bringing in the money to Louisiana for his rich, often pseudo-evangelical constituents who are so bad at business that they need to feed at the public trough, yet yell about people on welfare, so mote it be. The pirogue paddlers will come, and so will Davey. Send the fuckers to Angola State.

The Jack Burkman files: the GOP pundit and lobbyist was in the DC Madam's phone records after all...

WWW--There's no need for help on Jack Burkman Jr., the card's a kind of a red-herring. Mr. Burkman called Pamela Martin & Associates (no "LLC" like Jack) from his personal residence over several years on repeated occasions. It's literally irrefutable.

Through a variety of search engines and corroborations, I've isolated the fact that Jack Burkman Jr. did in fact call PMM in November of 2003, January of 2004 (twice on the same day), and the final one everyone knows about on January 15th, 2006. For some reason, others haven't gone into this kind of detail and published it. They should, but I'd imagine this will put things to rest insofar as Jack's denials.

Call me stupid, but I thought trophy wives and gold digger girlfriends were the best surrogate for "paying for it." Like the hookers say, "You always pay for it baby, always." Yep, unless there's something real there, which is rare in a materialistic America.

Jack's in there alright, it's not a mistaken contention--a wrong number--he's in there and it wasn't a misdial. He called an escort service run by a woman who was ultimately convicted of being a pimp, with complications. Coupled with the possible incident of the two girls at the gay pride parade (and, allegedly, the Mayflower hotel), Jack likes to get it anyway he can, he pays, and he's willing to pay a lot according to the two girls. Palfrey confirmed that he was a client herself. In one of my first pieces I hit the nail on the head when I subtitled it, "Whores seeing whores." That would describe the world of lobbying in Washington D.C., literally. They're all whores.

Keep in mind that these are calls that can be isolated to his personal residence and its number at the time. Burkman could have called from other locations, but he appears to have been wise enough to keep it away from the office--not that ordering out from home is exactly a wise thing to do, but that's Jack for you. But I can state here with the utmost certainty that the "Burkman responds" comments he posted right after the revelations of his presence in the phone records went public are factually incorrect, and that it can be easily proven with an Intelius search within just a few quick searches. Corroboration with the late madam's phone records were easy. He's in there, and while he no longer uses 703-524-3209, it was his number during those calls and he wasn't ordering out for pizza.

The gay pride parade incident from June 2006 just corroborates what is likely an impulse control problem that could be coupled with what I suspect are common practices on the Hill in obtaining contracts ala the style of a Randy "Duke" Cunningham, Jack Abramoff, and a Brent R. Wilkes. You know, I'm a breast man too, but Jesus Christ. You become an attorney, lobbyist, and deal maker, just so you can get laid? Surely, there are easier and more direct routes to eros in life, but perhaps Mr. Burkman knew his personality was that finest of birth control methods? Like the Founding Fathers, I hold that these truths are self-evident. I have to at least like a woman to be truly attracted to her, ferchrissakes.

My question is this: since truth is a defense in this nation (I know the law), why did Wonkette, Crooks & Liars, and other progressive web sites pull their stories on this? I'd imagine they were threatened and stupidly believed whatever threats might have come their way. The fact is that Jack Burkman Jr., the well known pundit and lobbyist, protector of the vile Ann Coulter, corporate shill, and an all around GOP hack, called Pamela Martin & Associates on multiple occasions. What happened after that, I cannot say, but one's imagination tends to run (laugh) riot after that. At the very least, this should be investigated by those on the Hill, it's improper behavior by a lobbyists--or is nothing improper behavior for a lobbyist if they have enough money behind them? Welcome to life in a plutocracy where everyone's reified, objectified, a commodity to be bought and sold.

Do I expect them to do anything about it or the outcome of the Palfrey prosecution? Not without some prodding, no. Considering that Burkman was a Bush-Cheney campaign staffer, it makes you wonder. This one's going straight to the president's brain...except that it's empty of reasonable thought. You'd think there had been no elections last fall with so little change, no willingness for real accountability...unless it's someone like ACORN. Accountability only matters when the target is weak enough to be held-accountable, a perverse twist on the rule of law that echoes the attitudes of the Bush II administration. President Obama isn't merely screwing-up, he's part of the overall problem.

One final thought: ABC had to know Burkman was in the phone records and lied about it. When Brian Ross said, "Our viewers won't recognize many of the names," he was probably saying it under extreme pressure from his producers who were having their own arms twisted by influential players.

An open call for information regarding GOP pundit, lobbyist, and attorney Jack Burkman

WWW--I am looking for a very specific piece of information: what was the phone number of J.M. Burkman & Associates in 2006? I already know what the address is but have been unable to locate the number from that time. It could very well be correct, but I get the impression that Mr. Burkman has been going around making threats all over the blogosphere.

Just in case you don't recall, Burkman was very closely involved in the witch-hunt to take down former President Bill Clinton for lying about getting some since painting him with the corruption brush just wasn't going to work when everyone's having the same fun in that arena, what with many of the same fingers in the same pots. Ironically, Palfrey and I argued over Clinton's innocence in the realm of corruption--I never agreed with her or conceded to her on it. Oddly, she would finally end up with Monica Lewinski's lawyer who I don't believe did a very good job defending her.

Around June 16, 2006, the website Wonkette reported on Burkman's alleged attempts at offering to pay two lesbians to have sex with him at a gay pride parade in DC. The two ladies "outed" Mr. Burkman on one of their Myspace pages, even putting a scan of the business card he allegedly gave to them and a partial account of the whole night:

...afterward, we got a snazzy hotel room at the mayflower downtown. on the way over there, this really hot business man in a pinstriped suit walked past me, said hello, and doubled back. he asked me my name and introduced himself (jack burkman, government relations strategies), asked where i went to school, etc, gave me his card, and asked me to call him. i later texted him and never could get rid of him again. he thought he talked to me on the phone several times, but he never did. i always made kat or kristin be me. he told kristin about how he really enjoyed my outfit (TITS GALORE) and that i was beautiful, etc. by the end of the night (5 am or so), he was offering to pay for our room and give us a thousand dollars if two of us would fuck him. oh, jack burkman. his card is my DC souvenir.
Burkman has been a strong advocate for the Family Research Council, one of those wacky family values organizations and was founded by the televangelist James Dobson.

Less than a month later, Citizens for Legitimate Government (who are they?) was claiming that Burkman was in the phone records of the DC Madam. Now, both articles at Wonkette (and many other progressive sites) on these two incidents of what might have been solicitation are gone, taken down, possibly since 2008. Other sites have pulled their articles on Burkman and one or the other of these two alleged scenarios. Wonkette and several of these sites have refused to reply to my questions on this issue. But Palfrey all-but-confirmed it was real at the time, as she recounted to blogger Margie Burns just a couple days after CLG released the name:

Ms. Burns… FYI, this and any calls to the Washington area were business, i.e. escort service related.
–Sincerely, Jeane Palfrey ("Ms. Palfrey confirms that Mr. Burkman's business with her was escort service related, 07.13.2007)
I was pretty close to the story and had never heard of his number being in the phone records and neither have several others close to the Palfrey case. What gives? What is this? There isn't one article that resoundingly impeaches the contention that Burkman was in Palfrey's phone records and not one mainstream press outlet picked it up at the time. What do you think?

Burkman responded clumsily in the third person--as megalomaniacs do--and included a double-negative in his statement that's not exactly reassuring regarding his innocence. A more toned down 2008 version of the statement is still on his personal website:

BURKMAN RESPONDS:

Web allegations are simply and completely false, driven by a group of left-wing people seeking to intimidate conservatives and independants [sic].
As my viewers and readers know, I usually do not respond to silliness on the internet. But in this case--given the national and international coverage--I feel I must. The recent allegations concerning sollicitation [sic] are false lies. They have been printed and reprinted by websites with a long and intense history of harrassing [sic] me and trying to stop my commentary.

None of the sites even so much as contacted me for comment. But I can assure you that they will not succeed. My family and I have been through this before. During impeachment in the 90's, every form of illegitimate pressure that could be brought to bear was brought to bear in an attempt to silence me. But they failed and seven years later, my commentary continues unabated and unphased [sic]. And it always will.
Thank you for watching and reading.
- Jack Burkman”
Yeah, he's a real martyr for freedom alright, a regular Patrick Henry. He sure never was a speech writer, and he can barely write at all. I could be wrong, but wasn't Henry famous for saying, "Show me your tits, I'll pay"? Maybe this whole Burkman story was overshadowed by the Vitter revelation, but if it's true, what gives? Surely, Larry Flynt would have released his name had his PI Dan Moldea found it, but then, that doesn't fit their criteria at the time: they were looking for hypocritical office holders and Burkman is a lobbyist and talking neck with close ties to the GOP and sundry corporations due to his line of business.

So: if you have any letterhead or copies of J.M. & Associates, LLC business cards, I'd love to see them. Any information related to the aforementioned issue is being sought, and I can only offer you my thanks, that's it. What an arrogant little man.

Teabagger leader Mark Williams finally taken to task on CNN

WWW--Is he a racist? Are the Tea Baggers generally comprised of the ignorant, and are most of them racists? Absolutely. You think that if they yell "nigger" in coded-language they'll bring back white-skin privilege and get their jobs back? No, I didn't think so either, but apparently many of them think that racial solidarity means something to the rich, and they're mistaken. CNN has given this idiot and his gaggle of racists so much free advertising that it was becoming embarrassing, so they finally had to really be journalists for a few moments and ask honest questions. Williams didn't come off any better than he usually does.

Recently, Mark Williams, one of the founders and leaders of the Tea Bagger bowel movement has called President Obama the "racist-in-chief" (?!) and "an Indonesian Muslim turned welfare thug." No, nothing in those statements would lead me to think that Williams is either a racist or a demagogue pandering to slack-jawed bigots and racists, not at all. Is this asshole Father Coughlin and Gerald L.K. Smith rolled-into-one or what? I'd say they should unfurl the swastikas at these events, but they already have...

Take the second statement: "...an Indonesian Muslim turned welfare thug." This statement is going to make more sense to people born before the 1980s when the GOP and even some Democrats like Patrick Moynihan were criticizing the welfare state and the recipients of welfare. Never mind that more whites in the Appalachians were on welfare, it was "single black mothers," the real threat to the (white) American family and our future. This is the same cultural matrix Williams is appealing to, besides the old tried-and-true nigger-baiting that's so popular with redneck racists, most of them in the South. You'd think George Wallace was alive and unrepentant again.

The "Indonesian Muslim" part is so obviously racist and xenophobic, pandering to bigoted evangelists, that it really deserves no further comment beyond its relation to the "birther," really part of the same excretion, from the ass of the American South. President Obama's fully-authenticated birth certificate has been online for over one year. It's irrefutable. At that point, you know what you're dealing with has nothing to do with logic or reason, and the needle points once again to racism and an inability to cope with the fact that we now have a sitting African American president. Why?

President Obama is hardly much better than George W. Bush. He's even protecting the last administration in numerous court filings. He's keeping us in Afghanistan and Iraq. He's doing everything humanly possible not to nationalize the major banks, protects their privilege, and is taking us in the same direction that the Bush II administration would have, namely, keeping the same rotten barrel. This will keep the economy crashing for years to come and we're not likely to see a real recovery anytime soon as a result of his corporatism, ultimately the same kind as that of the "Bushies." Let me state it again: he's hardly any different from the last president at all.

But that's not good enough, and to prove it, look at how little they yell about the wars (hey, they're killing infidels, darkies); the lies that got us into them; the use of torture on terror suspects (more fun with darkies); the U.S. Attorney firings and the politicization of the Department of Justice; all the scandals involving white Republican incumbents; the revelations of FBI whistle-blower Sibel Edmonds; the warrantless wiretapping program; the atrocities at Abu Ghraib; the stolen elections of 2000 and 2004; the atrocities at Guantanamo; the clear unconstitutionality of the provisions of the Patriot Act; and on, and on, and on. And today, Obama's calling to keep most of the worst provisions of the Patriot Act. Will any of these morons speak out against it? Of course not, it has nothing to do with the fact that he's black.

That's because they don't have any problem with these moves towards authoritarianism, they just hate the "nigger" who had the temerity to win a democratic election. This is because they are anti-democratic, totally irrational, and criminally-minded, that rich soil for tyranny. Williams is standing behind these recent, racist comments. It's like Ma and Pa Kettle calling the pot black...and "nigger," "socialist," and "fascist" (they would know) for good measure. It's time to shut these bastards down, now. There are limits to freedom of speech and they've gone too far. But let law enforcement take care of them once they really start acting-out, because that's coming. As a matter of fact, it's already begun.

Even more songs from the Site Meter: visits over USPS inspector Mark Hines & Democratic counsel Diana Oo, and much more...

Site Meter
--This first site hit is an interesting one! Mark Hines was the alleged beginning--the "genesis" if you will--of the investigation into the DC Madam.

Hines was (is?) the U.S. Postal inspector who allegedly first noticed Deborah Jeane Palfrey and her escort service, Pamela Martin & Associates, a seldom told part of the story. According to court documents, the investigation began in August of 2001 when Hines "noticed" a pattern with Palfrey's mail--there were a disproportionate number of money orders coming to her mailbox, or so the story goes.
I don't take it at face value. You know, there is such a thing as hierarchy, and God knows that there are forces in this country (and in Palfrey's phone records) who love reminding us of this fact. I'm here to do the same today.

So, was it just little old Mark Hines finding Palfrey and keeping the investigation alive? That's impossible, but we're all supposed to believe it. Somehow, I don't think that's exactly how it went down. Law enforcement in San Diego and around the beltway (the D.C. area) knew her history and at least in Alexandria, Virginia, the cops knew she was operating her escort service in the nation's capital as early as 1994, that she was running a prostitution operation. When you look at her newsletters, you might get the impression that the fix was on in her favor at the time. She seems to feel pretty self-assured that it was all going to go away, and by 1997 it did. Interestingly, Senator Vitter's calls (some of them from the floor of the House) to obtain sex from prostitutes overlaps the beginning of the investigation into Palfrey and PMM, he made some calls beginning in 1999 and apparently ending in 2001.

Honestly, I cannot prove it right now, but it wouldn't surprise me if this site hit was Mr. Hines-- inspector Hines--but it most definitely has to do with the Palfrey case, they went right to a specific part of my archives. He should know that I'm going to be including him in my own account of my experiences surrounding the Palfrey scandal and that he doesn't look so upstanding or honest so far, but that's my opinion. In other words, inspector Hines might want to contact me some time for a chat, clear things up. Surely, he never will. I am very close to 100% certain that USPS inspector Hines was ordered onto the the Palfrey investigation and that others up the chain-of-command--coming directly from the Bush II White House--were pushing them at the USPS to protect their own in the GOP.

Someone alerted Hines to Palfrey's operations, and someone helped him keep the investigation alive from 2001 until the fall of 2006, that's 100% certain.
Who were they? Did it come from the White House under George W. Bush, from the Justice Department? To coordinate so many governmental institutions would require going fairly high up the chain.

To Senator Vitter: figuratively speaking, I am coming for you. I will never rest until the real blame you and your counsel deserve is affixed to your backs, your foreheads, for how things ended with Jeane. "Hate" isn't a strong enough word for what I feel for you and I would hope that the Palfreys understand that any deals they make in closing the book on their end (I refuse to be silenced) is making a deal with the very people who not only could have prevented her death, but pushed her to it to protect corrupt, privileged fucktards like Davey. The morons in Louisiana might be dumb enough to vote for you Senator Vitter, but I and many others are the corrective measure, the reformist impulse that's going to help you take yourself down faster--besides the uncontrollable, politically and legally unaccountable, and likely very tiny, "Mr. Winkie."

And as I write this, I've just received this newsletter from Montgomery Blair Sibley, former civil counsel to the late Ms. Palfrey:
Posted: 15 Sep 2009 10:30 AM PDT

I was stopped at the door of the U.S. Courthouse in Washington, D.C. today by the U.S. Marshal's Service. They indicated that I was on their "Watch and Escort List" and needed an armed escort to go to the Clerk's office in order to file some legal papers. What fun!

I stand in good company. My family was so proud when then-President Nixon put my grandmother, Mrs. Harper Sibley on his enemies list. She was on Nixon's enemies list we later learned because she was president of that radical group --the United Council of Church Women.

Anyway, here is my letter to the Marshal's Service in response . . .

I write to inquire upon what basis I have been placed on the United States Marshal’s “Watch & Escort List” at the U.S. Courthouse at 333 Constitution Avenue, N.W.

Today, for the second time in the last two months, I was stopped at the security checkpoint at the 3rd Street, N.W. entrance immediately upon entering and before I presented any identification. The United States Marshal on duty informed me that he was required to have me escorted in the building and immediately called someone to escort me to the Clerk’s office where I had a matter to file. I was escorted to and from that office and then left the building.

While at all times all members of the United States Marshal’s Service treated me with dignity and respect, I nonetheless must write and inquire – pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act – upon what basis I have been accorded this special – and chilling – treatment in pursuit of my First Amendment right to petition the government.

I do not believe that my suspension from the practice of law by this Court – without hearing I might add – merits such treatment. Nor does the fact that as counsel for the D.C. Madam, Jeane Palfrey, I am in possession of heretofore not publically released telephone records which contain the telephone numbers of individuals who work in the U.S. Courthouse and identify them as customers of the escort service, merit such treatment.

Accordingly, please either provide promptly the basis for the inclusion of my name on the United States Marshal’s “Watch & Escort List” at the U.S. Courthouse at 333 Constitution Avenue, N.W., so that I may challenge such defamation of my character or confirm in writing that I am not on such a list so that I may have such letter with me whenever I desire to enter the Courthouse.

Counselor Sibely could perhaps be viewed as "eccentric" by some, but there's no indication that he's ever shown a propensity for violence, I've seen no indication of this whatsoever. Who ordered this and why? Why isn't the House Judiciary Committee looking into this? Why the special treatment?

But one thing's for sure: they're still shitting themselves in D.C. over a dead woman and the root- system of corruption her case inadvertently began to uncover until potential inquiries into it were shut down. Whoever said that this story was over has no idea, none. Were it over, this situation with counselor Sibley wouldn't be happening, they're afraid of him to do something like this. When Federal Marshals are briefed (presumably with photographs) to know someone at first-glance, something's up, and it's not simply a man's reputation but the very real threat he presents to what I believe is unaccountable power quaking in its boots.

They should quake.

What do we want? I know what I want: an independent investigation into the real roots of the prosecution of the late Deborah Jeane Palfrey, and that's just for starters. As to someone at Georgetown University (where the law is taught) looking for information on Ms. Oo, I leave it to you, the readers, to decide. They can keep trying to quarantine this story, but I refuse to be silenced.
