Sex Academy: Sexploits at Annapolis, and Another Reminder of Why Football Still Sucks

"
I think that serving America is the right thing to do, and I wanted to be in the military. I know[,] it's kind of a stock answer, but I really believe that. I feel that I've been given a lot of privileges, and I feel like I have a responsibility to pay them back. I always wanted to have an exciting career and this will help me accomplish that." --Mark Capansky, who can be reached at 540-459-9215.

Annapolis, Maryland--Today's Baltimore Sun has a very intriguing piece on the sexual shenanigans of--you guessed it--the school's male population at the Naval Academy. One has to ponder whether any studying or saluting is possible in a prone position, or how they can get anything done there with all that sex going on. Take the case of one Lamar S. Owens Jr.:

Former Navy quarterback Lamar S. Owens Jr. was acquitted of rape in July 2006 but found guilty of two lesser charges, including conduct unbecoming an officer, for having sex with a female midshipman in the Naval Academy dormitory. He was expelled earlier this year and ordered to repay more than $90,000 in education costs. (Baltimore Sun, 10.20.2007)
You know, the young people do these things, but there's a problem. It's endemic at the Naval Academy, and Lamar isn't alone on the team. Not at all. Before Lamar was downed, one of his other team players named Kenny Ray Morrison was also charged with sexual misconduct, this time in a hotel, and "without the consent" of the female midshipman. In addition to this, a female "supply officer" has been named as a former employee of so-called "DC Madam" Deborah Jeane Palfrey. My-oh-my. Somehow, some way, she's still holding a position there, and it's not the missionary.
This leads us again to a name found in the phone records of Palfrey's Pamela Martin & Associates, from September of 2005: Mark Capansky (
540-459-9215, give him a call). Capansky was listed as a 2006 "offensive lineman" for 2006, but records on the Annapolis site lack any detail. It's a pretty significant fact that he's in the records during the given period of 2005, but was he a player at that time too? This is difficult to tell, based on internet searches. But is this a procuring ring at Annapolis?
Why did these other players believe they could have sex with these women with impunity? Did they know there was a sex-ring being utilized from the student pool to service high level officers at military conventions in the DC area? The presence of NATO to this site suggests that it's not only possible, but likely. In some way, Ronald Roughead and his brother--merely the CNO of the entire U.S. Naval Fleets--figures-in to this whole morass, though there is a strong possibility that the players were all unaware of each other. Did Capansky associate with Kenny Ray Morrison and Lamar Owens Jr. outside of the field? When did he actually play for Annapolis? The internet's record is a bit murky, and one has to wonder if some redactions are occurring.
Why did Mark Capansky make a call around 8:00PM on September 1st, 2005 to Pamela Martin & Associates, and why did he remove information from Wikipedia's article on Deborah Jeane Palfrey? Check the history of the page, it's there for all to see (if it hasn't been redacted yet). Interestingly, if you look at the "Sprint Football Roster" for 2004-2006, you'll find no listings with Capansky, Morrison, or Owens. Why? The writer grants his searches could be incomplete and invites others to clarify the issue.
Will we ever know what really happened in the case of Kenny Wayne Morrison? We might. It appears there is much more to the picture, and some hints of it came out during a hearing for a new trial in May 15th, 2007. An electrical engineering instructor named Major Robb Mansfield, a juror in the original trial, notified the Military Judge of what he called "jury irregularities" in Morrison's trial, and that there were problems with "impartiality" on-the-part of other military jurors (namely, other officers):

Mansfield, who said during jury screening that he believed the Naval Academy superintendent wanted a guilty verdict in the case, testified that he had not used the phrase 'jury tampering,' but 'jury irregularity.' After excusing the Marine Corps officer, Day told prosecutors to cancel plans to call the rest of the jurors to the stand. Seconds later, Morrison's father, Kenneth Ray Morrison Sr., stood up in the courtroom and used an expletive to refer to the proceedings. 'A juror comes forward to say that the jury totally disregarded the judge's instructions, and this judge won't let anyone say what happened,' he said. (Topix.com/Baltimore Sun, 05.16.2007)
Why a conviction for Morrison, but not Owens? What do both former players know about their predicaments that we're not hearing about? It's a good thing that Capansky and all the others in the phone records of Deborah Jeane Palfrey have the media looking out for them. What's also good--for them, not our nation--is that there are very powerful, tenured criminals who are also in those records attempting to make this story go away.
They can rest assured that it's not going to anytime soon. Yes, it's time to "give back," and start talking about what you know Mr. Capansky. This writer wagers you know quite a bit. Researchers need to focus in on this aspect of the Palfrey case--it's going to uncover a whole lot more. A root-system of corruption involving bribes and the brokering of sex could easily be in-the-mix, and so much more. In the recent trial of Brent Wilkes, the man who bribed California GOP Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham, a little fact leaked-out: that commemorative DVDs were being made of various "sexploits."

The government closed its case with testimony from two prostitutes who were hired by Wilkes during a trip to a lavish resort in Hawaii in 2003. They testified they had sex with Wilkes and Cunningham for $300 an hour. ...The $20,000 trip to Hawaii included not only the prostitutes but a special diving trip. It was memorialized on a DVD, titled “Aquatic Leadership Seminar.” Prostitutes were hired on two nights, he testified. (Signs on San Diego, 10.18.2007)
It appears this is present at Annapolis as well. A former Naval Academy doctor has been caught doing the very same thing...

The Flap Over Ellen Degeneres and the Dog: Non-Story

THE CRAP MEDIA--Ever notice why we get bombarded with these stupid stories? I don't, it's simple: to keep hiding the war's cost from all of us. Also, consider that we have a criminal administration being protected by their cohorts in Congress (and the media), obstructing for them to keep buying time until those pardons are safely handed-out. As citizens, we need to make the last months of George W. Bush's tragic time in office as legalistically unsafe as possible. If we learn anything from all of this it should be this: it's time to end the privatization of the media. We need something like the BBC or CBC, and we can do it in a way that works and is far more representative of what the public needs to know. Concentrated ownership of any industry is bad for this country, a lesson we should have all learned after the Great Depression, but a lesson that's been forgotten.

Leave the wonderful lady alone, I liked her more after watching her cry on television. Ellen's a good role model for all women. She took responsibility for her actions. I like Ellen, she has good taste in women, and she looks great for her age. It's time to move on from this stupid mess. It's also time to begin impeachment hearings on the president and vice president, and we're getting closer. Dennis Kucinich's H.R. 333 to impeach the vice president has 21 co-sponsors so far, making it an impending reality for the White House. Call your representatives and give them bloody hell. Your apathy feeds those who prey on the rest of us. Remember that it's also the media's job right now to be pointing-out how many Republican incumbents are resigning, many being caught-up in criminal scandals. What we're not hearing is the overall picture--that the GOP is crumbling. Get active, they're weakened, so let's finish the job and splinter the GOP. Take responsibility for your life and your world. The other option is continuing to live a lie. Your call.

FOR NATO: Pier Paolo Pasolini's Salò (1975) review

Social order at the expense of liberty is hardly a bargain. ---The Marquis de Sade

So you say you've seen nearly every major Italian giallo? You've seen your Argento, Mario Bava, Lucio Fulci, Michele Soavi, and even all of the "classics" of Italian film? You've seen your Leone, Fellini, DeSicca, Bertolucci, Martino, and even most of the world classics? By this point, you've probably seen it all, and you think there's no film that will shock you?

If you haven't seen Pier Paolo Pasolini's "Salo: 120 Days of Sodom," you are flatly wrong. Pasolini didn't even live to see the release of this film. He was "murdered" by a male hustler (or so the official story plays).

Who was Pier Paolo Pasolini? Pasolini was the most important postwar intellectual in Italy, period. Like a Renaissance polymath, he was adept at journalism, the novel, poetry, screenwriting, directing motion-pictures, painting and drawing, and more. The polymath also liked cruising teenage boys, was a walking scandal, and ye
t paradoxically truly was the conscience of postwar Italy until his murder on November 2nd, 1975. He could only be an irritant in the culture he arose in, and he pricked the conscience of a nation. It's likely that he engineered his own murder, placing its date on the day of the dead as a frame...

Pasolini's revolutionary philosophy was simultaneously opposed to fascism and communism, and he had many enemies in the political arena, as well as the religious one with the Vatican. All said, however, it's possible that Pier Pasolini was murdered by a right wing assassination team under the aegis of "GLADIO," a
NATO program of secret armies throughout Western Europe. GLADIO began, ostensibly, as a defense against a hypothetical Soviet invasion of Europe.

Overall, GLADIO was more often used to attack legitimate leftist political parties, trade unions, and populist groups. GLADIO operations were responsible for breaking the Marseilles dock strikes in the late 1940s as just one example of their handiwork. Their activities in Italy during the Cold War are known to be extensive. Italy is a flashpoint, a fixed, coordinate in the nexus of control of the Western power structure.

In Italy, the Red Brigade bombings in the 1970s were even instigated by GLADIO operatives to justify a law and order crackdown on the Italian Communist Party who were poised to take power at that time.
It's a mystery as to how much
influence the CIA had in all of this. The existence of the P-2 conspiracy (oddly, involving the Vatican, the CIA, KGB, and renegade Freemasons!) had yet to break in the international media. All this aside, there were dozens of politically motivated killings in 1970s Italy, and Pasolini's was just one of many.

One has to ponder the Vatican's involvement in his murder, as they were a primary adversary of Pasolini. And so, Salo enters this bloody fray. It could not be more controversial, and it's a scream of rage against how little we all really care about or value human life. Pasolini was outraged and disappointed with the human condition, and Italian politics had become a bloody chaos, leading director Sergio Leone to remark at the time that, "Italian politics have become ridiculous." Both directors were friends.

The scenario of Salo is fairly simple: a group of Italian fascists retreat to a palace in Northern Italy (where there was a great deal of support for Italian fascism and the Monarch) with a group of sixteen captive boys and girls. One is a bishop, a judge, a politician, and-so-on, representing symbols of established authority. It is Mussolini's short-lived Republic of Salo, created especially for him by the disintegrating Nazi regime. Hence, "Salo" is a title that almost any Italian of the 1970s (or today) might recognize. For 120 days, they degrade their victims in almost every imaginable--and unimaginable--manner.

There is homosexual rape, sundry forms of buggery, forcing people to eat excrement, forced heterosexual couplings, forced marriage, sadism of every kind, and finally, death. Just about everything you could imagine occurs, and worse. Of course, it's all based loosely on De Sade's tale and stays pretty close to the text's themes and scenarios.

Pasolini chapters each section with some of the structure of Dante's "Inferno," which is a real mark of his genius. One can even sense an atavistic Manichean influence in the work, which isn't surprising: Friuli has been historically known as an ancient citadel on the Northern "boot" of Italy, where the ideas of the world hating sect are still evident in the local culture. Pasolini's home state, Friuli, has been thought of as a place of subversion for centuries.

The Italian polymath understood that, under the right circumstances, we are all capable of these depredations. This is a lesson that he and others learned during the resistance to Italian and German fascism in Italy during WWII. Pasolini witnessed and experienced injustices committed by the partisans, losing his own brother to a firing squad.

There's a little Hitler in everyone, and we all the potential to become assassins under the proper conditions. Beyond that, To say this film is merely a statement on fascism would be wrong--it's a manifesto on what cruelty rests within all human hearts, especially once one has supped on power. In Salo and his other works in other mediums, Pasolini is saying that humanity has a dark heart and that nothing is really true.

This was the point that "Italy's conscience" had reached artistically by 1975, though his existential crisis regarding the future of humanity had begun much earlier. Salo was always lurking there in Pasolini's mind, waiting for its time to emerge. Some online reviewers have stated that they didn't find the film shocking--they should check themselves into a clinic somewhere, as Salo is beyond shocking. But it should be remembered that De Sade was only writing about the sexual habits of his kind--the aristocracy before the French Revolution of 1789. De Sade wasn't simply trying to shock. He was chronicling the sexual tastes and behaviors of the French aristocracy before the revolution.

I've noticed that even avid fans of contemporary directors such as Takashi Miike respect the power of this film. Miike has some similarities in theme and style with Pasolini, but goes for a more genre, stylized look (it's not the heady 1970s anymore). Even John Waters lists this film as sicker than his own worst offenders. It could be argued that Desperate Living (1977) is an oblique spoof of Salo. To say I was shocked by this film would be an understatement. But, besides being pretty sick, this film looks astonishingly lush and challenges the audience by shoving the beautiful and the grotesque in our faces. This is another aspect of Pasolini's genius of showing us depredations in such a lovely setting.

Salo transcends the subversive and never fails to shock. The late Tonnino della Colli's cinematography
lends the film a look that could be hung in the Louvre, and it gives the film a greater subversive edge overall. Several of the shot compositions resemble well-known works of Western art. Della Colli was director of photography for Fellini, Sergio Leone, and many other classic Italian directors. It should be noted that the film is not "legitimately available" in the United State for copyright reasons. However, there are very good copies out there even though it's not in print. I found a copy that's an exact duplicate of the original US edition for a decent price, so it is out there to be found with a little searching.

The Criterion edition is reportedly the most expensive collector's DVD in the world, going for as much as $1,000.00 USD. [Ed., 08.31.2008--Which is now probably devalued with the new Criterion edition.] This was the best transfer in 1998, but it appears that there is a new continental European DVD purported to be definitive, as well as a BFI edition that's unexceptional. This writer possesses a few Ken Russell DVDs ("Salome's Last Dance") that are worth as much as $300.00 USD, so this is a shocker! It's funny to see used DVDs of the big Hollywood fare at $3.99 USD, while these are in the hundreds! It says a lot about what is lasting and meaningful to people, and it's not blockbuster movies.

A dubious company called "Water Bearer" has a set of Pasolini's other works, but I have it on good word that they are of extremely poor quality and aren't restored and come from aging 35mm prints. It would be nice if Criterion did a Pasolini Box that included a new HD transfer of "Salo" with extensive restoration. Salo is one of the most important films ever made. We all stand accused, even the filmmaker, and that's the point. Be forewarned: not for children or adults who fear soul-searing, raw existentialism. So, why? Why would anyone want to watch this?

NOTE: The "ass-judging-scene" is similar to photos of the "flesh pyramid" at Abu-Ghraib. The new Criterion edition will bring a fresh reassessment of this Italian masterpiece, with only the omission of one extraneous 25 second scene. It will be HD from the best film elements. Brace yourselves.

(Revised 07.06.2008)

[Ed., 10.05.2008--I see no reason why Pasolini couldn't have been murdered by various rightist elements, while at the same time having brought it about purposefully. Why not?]

The Real Reason Dennis Hastert is Resigning

Washington D.C.
/San Diego--
All roads appear to be leading to both cities in a number of current scandals, and it appears that Illinois GOP Rep. Dennis Hastert is just another inept and corrupt fish caught in the nets of ongoing investigations, trials, and hearings. But if one reads the coverage today of Hastert's announcement that he won't be serving-out the rest of his term, one would think it has nothing to do with anything at all--just that it's time.

Indeed it is, because yesterday former GOP House Speaker Dennis Hastert was named in one of the hearings regarding the ever-widening net cast in the trial of Brent Wilkes, former proprietor of a San Diego-based defense contractor called "ADCS" that received incredible payouts in contracts thanks to the undue influence of then-Representative Randy "Duke" Cunningham.

Like Hastert, Cunningham is also a failed athlete and human being. Yet, besides being a former High School teacher (the last to know how things really work in America), Hastert was also a wrestling coach at that time, so one can assume he's been wrong-headed most of his natural--if not public--life. If you've been reading about the Brent Wilkes/Randy Cunningham saga at all, you'll note that the mainstream media has done its best to keep any other GOP congresspersons out of the spotlight, and as much as possible.

They're doing so today. Virtually none of the stories by the major wire services are connecting the decision of Hastert not to serve out the rest of his term with the testimony yesterday of Wilkes' nephew (and second--or third depending on the news source--hireling of Wilkes' contractor company
ADCS) Joel Combs.
Wilkes also paid to fly Cunningham and former House Speaker Dennis Hastert from a golf outing in Palm Springs to San Diego for a reception and then back to Washington on private jets, Combs testified. Combs told prosecutors he didn't recall Cunningham ever volunteering to cover his share of the expenses. He said on cross-examination that he would not have been responsible for processing any reimbursements and did not know whether company accountants ever billed the congressman or his campaigns. Cunningham occasionally paid for wine at dinner with Wilkes, Combs testified. (AP, 10.17.2007)
And so, there it is: Wilkes appears to have allowed Hastert and Cunningham to come to San Diego on his dime, play some golf, and to fly back to Washington on separate, privately chartered jets. Yes, it's time alright. It's time for Dennis Hastert to secure legal representation if he doesn't have it already. He's in a lot of trouble, but at least the mainstream press is providing some cover for him and buying him some much needed time to regroup.

It begs-the-question: what other contractors in San Diego might be involved? Or are there just similar scandals waiting to be uncovered in the big defense contractor city? It's peculiar, a bunch of failed athletes who aren't particularly bright--one might be forgiven for thinking we were referring to the president, but like minds keep company. Considering Cunningham once served on the House Intelligence Committee, it might be a good idea to ask if SAIC (based in San Diego) had their fingers in the pie. You never know. The Wilkes trial is nearly over:
Brent Wilkes has pleaded not guilty to 14 charges of bribery, money laundering, fraud and conspiracy. The government entered phone records and other documents Thursday before jurors returned to the courtroom. They called their final witnesses Wednesday, including women who testified they were paid to have sex with Cunningham and Wilkes at a Hawaiian resort. Federal prosecutors have rested their case in the trial of a defense contractor charged with bribing former U.S. Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham. (AP, 10.18.2007)
Were they bribing Rep. Cunningham and others in Congress for contracts? It appears a strong possibility. Who else? Are others still doing so with other representatives? It deserves investigation. As this is being written, the prosecution has rested, and the defense has begun making its case. It's unclear whether a prima facie case(by all appearances unless rebutted) has been made at this point.

Hastert is also connected to the Jack Abramoff scandal and received over $100,000 in donations from the lobbyist's fundraising efforts on his behalf. It's appropriate at this point to consider that a March 2007 article on SAIC has fingered them on some serious ethical violations involving their work as a defense/intelligence contractor.

More recently, in June of this year, The San Diego Reader outlined some interesting connections between Brent Wilkes and another San Diego area based defense contractor, one Mitchell Wade. For months Wade has been confessing to government investigators the gist of it all: that Wilkes was running a system of bribes and rewards in-exchange for defense contracts in DC (and probably in the environs of San Diego when necessary), and maybe not just for himself. He has some strange accomplices.
Among those implicated is Kyle Dustin "Dusty" Foggo, an ex-San Diego cop, SDSU grad, and CIA agent. A boyhood friend of Wilkes, Foggo had been appointed to the CIA's third-highest post by Porter Goss, who recently was forced out of his job by the president. The latest San Diego link was first reported by the Washington Post on May 6: Jerome Foster, a downtown San Diego-based businessman. Foster was on the board of Shirlington Limousine, the company that furnished transportation for the alleged Cunningham assignations. Christopher Baker, Shirlington's owner, has a criminal history that reportedly includes felony charges for attempted robbery and car theft. (San Diego Reader, 06.08.2006)
And as quoted before on this site, Foster did subcontracting work with SAIC, primarily to secure them contracts as an almost "dummy firm" to increase their ability to hold more contracts than they were qualified to under federal statutes. But hey, what's the law mean under the current administration? Not much. Hastert sees the writing on the wall. It's time.

The 81-Year-Old Dirty Harry...

'Come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.' -Matthew 11:28

Mobile, Alabama
--Sorry, but what a mean and crazy bitch. It was a homeless man trying to wash his clothing, and he was naked. Being naked means he was in a considerably more vulnerable situation than the old Black woman. Granted, he made a move on her, which made it a little justifiable. But really, if you're holding a pistol and the other person is naked, you've already won unless you're incredibly stupid. Why not then ask them forcefully what the hell they're doing in your laundry room? It all reminds me of the numerous comments from local slobs of how they would literally shoot someone to death if they caught them stealing their TV--take the fucker if you want it that badly, Jesus. I'm wondering when this bitch is going to shoot another geriatric or a cripple?

Watching the reactions to this in the mainstream media just depresses me. For the reactionaries, it's simple: you shoot the son of a bitch. This is pretty sick, because what you're doing is disposing of the social contract entirely in that situation over a material object. Do we really think "human life is precious"? Get real, it's bullshit that we tell ourselves, but many of us just don't really believe it. What we value is protecting our own turf and keeping our "stuff" from others, period. That's not a society, incidentally, it's a series of unconnected villages peopled by barbarians who happen to have technology. We don't value human life, just look at all of the homeless, all the people in prison for no good reason, and all of our victims over the last several years overseas. If we value human life, we have an awfully funny way of showing it. Bring me your tired, your weary...so we can shoot them. Shame.

"DC Madam" Deborah Jeane Palfrey's Civil Attorney Granted Ability to Represent Her in Criminal Proceedings

Washington D.C
.--It's a very surprising move on federal District Judge Gladys Kessler's part--to allow the so-called "DC Madam" Deborah Jeane Palfrey to be represented by civil attorney Montgomery Blair Sibley in both her civil and criminal cases. But what else could Judge Kessler do? With virtually no discovery process, and numerous other problems in Palfrey's right to due process, she had to grant something.

This has been a story of surprises, however, such as Judge Kessler's granting of the release of the phone records of Pamela Martin & Associates in early-July. It should be noted here that the suppression couldn't have occurred at all had the defendant and her civil counsel not threatened openly to release them. Simply releasing them would have been a better move, but that wasn't the purpose: the threat of releasing them was considered more important by the defendant, and it was a risky move that didn't seem to faze federal prosecutors. This is a curious fact, except that their move for suppression appeared to show some signs of alarm.

Palfrey is that peculiar defendant: she's done an awful lot of talking. For those who have rushed to judgment and pronounced her guilty publicly, or simply within their own minds (such as Rawstory who have refused to cover the story adequately), you should all consider that, guilty or innocent, she's still got the right to due process. What's most important is protecting our time honored tradition of due process, not whether Ms. Palfrey is guilty or innocent.

It's far worse to jail an innocent person than to free someone who isn't, and that's not to imply in any direction what her actual legal state is. Americans should understand that this is to protect the innocent from wrongful prosecution, as well as a protection from the state for the rest of us. Interestingly, I've noticed that all of the recent bounce-backs of e-mail sent to Ms. Palfrey have ceased since the announcement of Sibley being authorized to represent her in her criminal hearings.

WTOP's announcement of Judge Kessler's recent ruling to allow Montgomery Blair Sibley to represent Deborah Jeane Palfrey in her criminal proceedings: http://www.wtopnews.com/index.php?nid=25&sid=1266174

[Ed., 09.13.2008-In less than two-months, Palfrey would drop Sibley as her counsel and--according to a source--have counsel Preston Burton "forced" on her. I'm unsure about this latter assertion's veracity, however. What was going on? Kessler might have been a better bet considering Robertson's bias against the defendant and his curious credentials and behavior. Kessler authorized my pay as a researcher. I would like to thank her for this act. I was probably wrong about her all-along. A very dark game was being played on all of us.]

T.I.-T.I. ...oh.

HOTLANTA, GEORGIA--I'd say he's a dumbass, but most people already know this--except the people who have less intelligence than the idiotic CLIFFORD HARRIS Jr., aka "T.I.". Hey, if you had a goofy name like "Clifford," you'd change it too. You have to wonder how his momma feels about his shenanigans and hijinks. What's funny is, he actually thought if one of his bodyguards bought the machine-gun and silencer for him that it wouldn't be illegal. It is for a convicted felon to do so, and covered under federal law. Doesn't he have lawyers? EXACTLY: they told him not to do this, but the moron did it anyway, only through a bodyguard who turned government informant after they popped him:

After attempting to purchase several machine guns from an undercover ATF agent, the unnamed individual [Ed.-It's OK, name him.]- who said he had been working as a bodyguard for Harris since July 2007 - was arrested and began cooperating with the government and said that he was buying the machine guns and silencers for Harris. Harris allegedly brokered the deals through the bodyguard because he is a convicted felon. It is a violation of federal law for a convicted felon to have another person purchase or acquire firearms on his behalf. (AP, 10.15.2007)

But why would someone feel they needed a machine-gun and a silencer? Surely, it couldn't have been for paperweights, so it's curious. Was he planning to murder someone who sold more records than he did this year and last? Besides not being able to wear a hat properly, he can't rap, and his momma thinks he's stupid. So does everyone else with a clue.

Clifford has had a series of problems with the law, beginning as a crack dealer in the Bankhead part of Atlanta, getting popped in 1997 on drug charges. In 2004, he was back in the Cobb County Jail for violating the terms of his probation, and made a rap video on work release at another correctional facility in Fulton County without permission, which caused some controversy. What's so sad and pathetic about people like Clifford is that they just never leave the ghetto and the neighborhoods behind--or the behavior patterns they learned there. Worse still are the lost who actually feel the need to look up to people like him in what is surely a warped version of the American Dream (that was always a lie anyway).

In May 2006, Harris narrowly escaped unhurt in a 3 a.m. shootout between his entourage and unidentified locals on a highway near Cincinnati. The gun battle, which might have carried over from an earlier squabble at a nightclub, took the life of his assistant and boyhood friend Philant Johnson, 26. The killers remain at large. (Atlanta Journal-Constitution, 10.14.2007)

Remember that one? I always get into gun battles over an argument, doesn't everyone? You go to the grocery store-gun battle. Get your car repaired--gun battle. The funny thing about morons like Clifford and his fans is this: they think that they're actually rebels against this system when they clearly are not. They're the biggest boot-lickers there are, and I have to wonder why so many of these gangster rappers want to be a white woman once they have their bling, it's oddly queer.

No, these folks love the big, bad white man, the powerful WASPs who hold most of the power in America. This is what makes them Toms. Some people react to their exploitation by loving and admiring their oppressors, and that would be Clifford and his fans. Well, at least the ones who aren't spoiled suburban white kids with too much time and money on their hands. These cretin are not alone by any means. Did Malcolm X and Martin Luther King Jr., and a whole lot of other beautiful people die for these clowns?

Now, the world is going to find-out how truly stupid he is, if they haven't already. Will we be shocked? That's not likely, and Wayne Williams wasn't framed, but we might find that Clifford has been up to far worse than we imagined (if we even bothered noticing his existence at all). What's interesting about this is that there were other bodyguards who weren't charged. What kind of charges will the bodyguard-in-question be facing? At this point, it appears Clifford will only face a maximum of 10 years, which means with his money he'll probably either get two-to-three and probation, or just probation and a fine in both cases. If this was a "government job," all they did was frame a guilty individual. T.I. stands-for...oh, who gives-a-shit. No flash, no bang, no bling. Tonight, he's in jail.

A Message to Turkey

How dare the United States tell you not to invade and occupy Northern Iraq? You really should continue your incursions into there, otherwise, a Kurdish state is inevitable. Yes, the Turks have been coming-and-going across the border into Iraq, not simply Iran. Our "allies" are quite a handful, aren't they? Take Saudi Arabia, the country who attacked us on September 11th, 2001--or didn't you notice? Anyone with a clue knows that they're the primary paymasters of Islamic extremist terrorism. But really, how dare those Iranians for defending their own territorial integrity, it's amazing, the temerity of it all. A private security source has told me that we've been doing covert raids on infrastructure inside of Iran since 2004. The gall! The verve! The U.S. invades Iraq and Afghanistan, and then expects you Turks to ignore the territorial integrity of your own borders! The Young Turks would never have had it!! Invade Northern Iraq (OK, shelling will do)!

And the Iranians have their own issues with the Kurds too. Like General Pershing chasing Pancho Villa into Mexico, the Turks have been chasing the PKK out of their territory for a long time. Then, you have the genuine desire throughout the region for liberty and independence from Western influence. On top of that is the Palestinian question, left unanswered by the right in the Israeli parliament, Hamas, and the PLO. So, take all that, the disintegrating situation in Iraq and Afghanistan, and a crumbling regime in Pakistan, and you have a real conflagration in-the-works. But some real opportunities for human liberty are inherent to it all too. But while we're at it, someone needs to shoot the Archduke Ferdinand again, just for yucks.
I'll take the Romanovs, you take Rasputin, and I'll get to Scotland before you. Empires never last, just ask the dead regimes of the Ottomans, Hollenzollerns, Hapsburgs, and Romanovs. Change is coming, and systems of power and control are crumbling.

Today's Cleveland High School Shooting-Spree...

"Your journey can begin here! SuccessTech Academy is a small, nontraditional high school that provides a learning environment in which all students believe in their ability to succeed. Students will achieve their goals as they progress through our problem-based, technology infused curriculum." --from the Mission Statement of SuccessTech."

Cleveland, Ohio
--I understand that the school's mission statement emphasizes the philosophy of "solutions through technology" (at least that's what MSNBC is saying), which sounds an awful lot like the anagram for SAIC (a defense/intel contractor): "Scientific Applications International Corporation." My thinking is that the kid took the school's philosophy literally and solved his problems (other kids starting fights with him for whatever reasons) with technology (a gun). Was Asa Coon just sick, or was he being abused by a number of people? Or was it a cycle containing both elements that fed-on-itself? But we're not a proactive culture, we prefer letting things happen, which is why we're reactionary. The best thing is to detect these problems early-on, hopefully neutralizing them. Unfortunately, that means responsibility.

Also, for a country that overemphasizes militarism and violence in its culture, why should something like this be so surprising? I know that it hurts to think that way, and we pride ourselves on not learning anything from our mistakes, but I mean it--he solved his problems with a gun, it's just true. What's good about this one is that he wasn't as cold-blooded as the guys at Columbine, or the young man at Virginia Tech, he just couldn't finish the people he shot. You could say we have a second chance in this case, and we might even stand to learn something from it if we look closer. Eventually, we're going to come to look at these school shootings as routine, and that's scary.

This 14-year-old kid is dead, and so, his problems have gone with him. So have many of the answers as to why his rampage occurred at all, and that's why the time is now to ask the hard questions. The trail can start cooling. Was it taunting, bullying? Did the teachers and students he shot put him in a catch-22 situation, was it his 'metal health issues,' or a little of both? Was it a combination of stress, his age-range, and bullying? The school was partially created from an original endowment from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, but guess who was across the street? The Cleveland FBI office, according to AP as of this writing (Midnight EST).'The shooting occurred across the street from the FBI office in downtown Cleveland, and students were being sent to the FBI site,' writes Joe Milicia (AP, 10.11.2007). I'm not casting aspersions on Mr. Gates, just our society in general and the FBI. We all own a piece of it. Regardless of how you feel about this event, we all know full-well it's going to happen again-and-again because we're not learning anything from these shooting-sprees. We should note that the FBI was completely impotent and ineffectual in this situation, but no police agency can stop everything, a fact that's contrary to their implied promise that they can protect us if we just hand over more of our rights.

I'm also not trying to paint the school with a smear--there should be many more like it, and it only holds 100-per-year--give-or-take--which is pretty inadequate. Therein lies the problem, and a possible source of the explosion, the stress must be considerable, especially in the inner city of Cleveland (or anywhere in America), but the shooter named Asa Coon was white. He appears to have had a history of mental health issues, but that's a subjective call at this point, there could be more to the story. Why not investigate his family life for one? At least the Plain Dealer has obtained some of the juvenile court records of Coon, and they aren't pretty. The smell of domestic abuse might be present. Where are the real details? What aren't we learning from these events? Sure, there will always be people who are sociopathic, but that doesn't explain all of these sprees.

It underscores how isolated and meaningless life has become in our modern world. What's the cure? We're trying so hard not to learn anything from these episodes, and we could be detecting something like this and start being proactive. Coon told students he was going to come and shoot some of them. Does talking sound like a good start? I think so, which is odd for a school that prides itself on instilling communication skills, with an emphasis on technology. It appears that technology can also separate us, we know this.

Taking control of technology and understanding how it affects us might be a good start towards limiting these killing-sprees, as well as recognizing that we're all responsible for these outbursts. There is such a thing as collective-guilt. But it could have been worse: some are saying there was an altercation between the now-dead shooter and some other students on Tuesday, and that he'd made threats before. We could be seeing the cost of not dealing with these situations in a proper and even-handed manner. Sometimes low-tech meets high-tech. Low-tech frequently win, as nature always wins in the end. And no, metal detectors won't matter when low-tech solutions can always find a way around high-tech solutions. When you apply stress to an organism, it must strike-back, it's an immutable law of nature. What was the pressure in Asa Coon's life, what were the stresses? It's a sad event. 'Solve your problems with violence, kids.' That's the message we're sending our children. My advice? Start using those constitutionally guaranteed rights, and pester those morons in Washington as much as possible about what a lousy job they're doing. Happiness is a warm gun, yes it is.

The New Devil's Dictionary: Authority

Authority
,
n--A delusional presumption of individuals and groups that they hold inherent knowledge and power, often at the expense of others, and frequently enforced by intimidation and violence. Usually seen in gang-run neighborhoods, classrooms, the capitols of nations, and playgrounds.

Holders of such delusions claim what madmen often do: that they speak directly with God. In their ignorance, many of them claim that they are Deity. A global misconception to be opposed on all fronts. Related to a commonly-held fallacy that societies must have "leaders" in order to function, usually held by those who were physically and/or sexually abused as children.

The ritualized sexual and physical abuse of children. The self-imposed "right" of the sexually-molested members of elite society to sexually and physically abuse subsequent generations. Abuse. The end of hope and personal responsibility. Hellenistic-terminology: "Archons," or earthly authorities. A term of derision.

I Rest My Case: The Keystone Cops from Navy Return...from Florida

SITE METER
--Sailors on shore leave, looking for some ass...perhaps it was more convenient to have brother procure some hookers for the military and congressional brass so as to secure those coveted military and intelligence contracts? I know, just other people's money, just everyone else's hard earned dollars being misappropriated.

It becomes a habit, I know. Meanwhile--back at the ranch--the editors of various "progressive" websites, the mainstream press, and other sundry media outlets obsess over the newest missing little girl, the pedophiles who chase them, and Lindsay Lohan's time in rehab.

If it all wasn't hurting the lives of tens-of-thousands, it would be pretty funny. Note the time of when the search took place--someone was an early-riser. A few hours later, they came back and looked at an entry on a visit by SAIC, that contractor who also does work for the U.S. Navy and our intelligence community. What will history record about all of this?

One thing is certain, and that's that it will record that the mainstream press and numerous other "authorities" betrayed the American people by not telling them what they needed so badly to know...until it was too late? History is a harsh judge, and this site is a modest chronicler of that negligence and betrayal. Frankly, it's better to be forgotten, but you're the people who will have to explain your behavior to your children and their children.

With some luck, you'll also have to explain yourselves to independent prosecutors. Remember that these people need co-conspirators, even indirect ones like you and me, through inaction and apathy. What's interesting in all of this is that in order not to cover the real stories, we get tales that are almost as lurid. There's a strange sexual obsession within all of them. The dog (ownership & advertisers) wags the tail.

Consider the lilies, and consider others. Consider that all this complaining and anguish over the GOP and Bush is just what they want--our apathy and demoralization. Funny how that's the majority of what a lot of so-called "progressive" blogs and sites have to offer. They should be taking the approach of belittlement since it works.

Say it along with me Mr. David Corn, Arianna Huffington, and Larisa Alexandrovna (and the rest of the corporate-owned Western media): Ret. U.S. Army Colonel Ronald Roughead is a highly significant phone number in the records of Pamela Martin & Associates, and he fits every standard for further investigation.

Now go do your jobs and be able to look at yourselves in the mirror every morning without having to bullshit yourselves. Until you start talking and informing the American public of its actual history, I wish you all luck. With well over a hundred hits from government (including the Sergeant-at-arms of the Senate), and a lot of the media, I'd say this site is effective.
