--An interesting search, they must have a new witch-hunt planned to remove all secular humanists from government. ;0) Oh yeah, Qualcomm's back around, this time they Googled the name of this blog, so we're familiar now. Poor bastards have to run Windows on a Mac. Damn you Bill Gates.

Songs from the Site Meter: The return of the Sergeant at arms of the Senate over Sen. David Vitter!

-You know, I and all the other watchdogs should be getting paid for this shit, just sayin'. So, they're still watching Vitter--as well they should, corrupt assholes like Davey are running amok these days. Meanwhile, Congress is shoving their own collective-thumbs up their own asses and doing barely anything-at-all, especially when it comes to cunts like Vitter.

I'm getting tired of this lack-of-accountability. If it continues I'm going to have to drag some of you fuckers into the streets with me to shout until these fuckers are tarred-n'-feathered, it's long overdue, we haven't had a good one in ages in America. With luck, Davey's still retaining Wiley, Rein and Fielding because he knows he's a dirty, greasy piece-of-shit and that he and his scumfuck counsel likely contributed to pushing the late DC Madam closer to suicide when they filed for attorney fees against her--that she'd have to pay for them once the smoke had cleared.

Here's to Vitter's continued legal expenses and him living in fear for the rest of his life because he cannot control himself, his member. It also wouldn't surprise me if his "peers" in the GOP knew he was a skirt-chaser and blackmailed him like many others in Congress and have forced him into servicing their nefarious agendas, really those of the ruling class at the end of the day. Sound like a system built on mud? It should.

These are the people YOU vote for, not me. So quit doing it, get smart, wise-up, use your dome. That's what it's there for. These dirty high powered law firms make a lot of this possible, with their revolving-doors in-and-out of the the corporate world and government. The time for radical reform has come. Demand it. Now. Quit waiting for someone else to do it, do it now, the time for waiting is over.

The Sergeant at Arms of the Senate returns over GOP Senator David Vitter

Washington D.C.--They're watching your behavior, Senator Vitter. Watch your ass, not a woman's who doesn't happen to be your wife. You're over, done. A woman died, you walked. Do you know how that looks to the rest of us? Not good. Your time is coming. Over.

That veto-proof Senate is coming to make you irrelevant, redundant, and your protection is ending. There's going to be no more obstructionism by the GOP in Congress for at least the next two years. Get used to it. We, the public, are sick of looking at you and your pathetic face, little man.

A Valid Assertion: Senator Patrick Leahy & Senate Judiciary Committee Are Paying Close Attention to Palfrey Case

SITE METER
--The proof's in the puddin,' dearie. Today's site reading--at minimum--represents the sixth time of the Sergeant at Arms' office visiting J-7, with 80% of them being over the legal predicament of Deborah Jeane Palfrey.

This time, it's related, and over the woman who Palfrey is attempting to sue in a civil action (a hearing as to whether the suit should be allowed to go forward is scheduled for November 28th): Dr. Paula Neble. What's she a doctor of? I'd sure like to know, and it's certain this writer isn't alone...

The Sergeant at Arms of the Senate Returns, This Time Over The Rougheads

Site Meter--To the Senator or Senators who tapped the office of the Sergeant at Arms to peruse the articles here: read well, you all have a lot of investigating and subpoenas to draw-up and issue. The public is tired of waiting--we want results, we want some people brought to justice. We're tired of the excuses, and we're not buying any more of them. This is not a threat, it's a warning.

The rule of law has been thrown into disregard, which is a very dangerous thing for any democracy. We know who many of these people are, so start investigating, and begin impeachment investigations and hearings now. And to the Sergeant at Arms of the Senate himself: Mr. Gainer, you need to begin investigating the fact that Sen. David Vitter violated terms of his seat on the Foreign Relations Committee by committing what could be repeated felonies while serving on said committee (and the Senate in-general). This fact has been uncovered by journalist and author, Bill Keisling (http://www.yardbird.com/).

Most of all: you need to subpoena Ronald Roughead, a retired U.S. Army Colonel. You need to ask him why he called the escort service of Pamela Martin & Associates, and if he's ever had contact with Shaha Ali Riza, Paul Wolfowitz, and if he had a security clearance at the time he called Ms. Palfrey, and why he was doing so. You should also ask Mr. Roughead--and perhaps his brother Gary, current CNO of the U.S. Navy--if he has ever had contact with Jack Abramoff, Edward T. Norris, Brent Wilkes, or individuals connected to them.

And while you're at it, you need to hold serious congressional hearings on the murder of Assistant U.S. attorney Jonathan P. Luna--you need to subpoena FBI Special Agent Steven Skinner and Thomas DiBiagio, as well as Ed Norris, and several other individuals. Get to work, there's a lot to be done.

[Ed., 09.13.2008-I'm unconvinced of Keisling's assertions about Vitter's committe responsibilities at this writing. Yes, I believe that I was wrong in thinking it was a valid point.]

S.185: RESTORE HABEAS CORPUS ACT

www.democrats.com
--The folks at democrats.com are running a petition urging all members of Congress to pass this bill, restoring habeas corpus not just for those detained by the United States, but for every American citizen. The bill's sponsor is Arlen Specter, and he deserves his due on this one. At least he's willing to fix what he originally neglected.

He wisely sponsored it with Sen. Patrick Leahy and 18 other Democratic Senators on December 5th, 2006 as S.4081 during the ill-fated 109th Congress, and it has continued with its resubmission as S.185 by Specter on January 4th of this year. Former-Sen. John Edwards wasn't one of them for the original bill and Socialist Senator Bernie Sanders is missing from the vote in the current version. The question is: why?

Beyond Specter, there are no
current GOP cosponsors. Nearly every Democratic candidate for president currently in the Senate are sponsoring it, but a good number of Democratic Senators are AWOL. What's so controversial about an 800-year-old tradition? It's curious, but they might have felt that the bill's language wasn't assertive enough.

Otherwise, this is bipartisanship with substance. This blog urges everyone to consider signing the petition, Congress has been dawdling in their pledge to restore this fundamental right in Anglo-American law. It has been the basis of the liberties we've enjoyed for nearly 800 years. It should never have been suspended, but was done in an atmosphere of haste and political panic by opportunists in the GOP and the Bush administration.

This is all to eliminate "the Military Commissions Act," hastily passed by the dying 109th Congress on September 28th (in the House) and 29th (in the Senate) of 2006, in gross-defiance of the will of the American public--it surely figures-into the end of the Republican majority less-than two months later, just another nail. Voters should recognize that current GOP incumbents are still holding their un-American viewpoint on habeas corpus, and vote accordingly in 2008. John McCain and Joe Lieberman voted to suspend habeas corpus, and a surprising number of Democrats...and one Sen. Arlen Specter.
